Commissioned paintings provide an opportunity to incorporate your personal taste into a work of art. A work of original art can include your size requirements, color preferences, and desired subject matter. When reproducing a painting or drawing, the second version will not be exactly like the first, but it will have its own charm and validity. Meaningful ideas for original art could derive from a wide variety of subject matter. Examples include a depiction of three brothers in their baseball jerseys and a watercolor painting of a first pair of shoes.
The price of commissioned art depends on the size, complexity, and lead time. When signing the contract, a 50 percent nonrefundable deposit is required. Every effort will be made to assure complete satisfaction.
